1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By registering, every player confirms they are at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where online crypto gambling is not prohibited. Stake operates under Curaçao eGaming Licence No. 8048/JAZ and accepts players from all Indian states.
2. One Account Policy
Only one account per person, household, IP address, and device is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.
3. Cryptocurrency-Only Policy
Stake India accepts exclusively cryptocurrency. Players are responsible for correct wallet addresses. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
- Deposits are credited after the required network confirmations.
- Withdrawals are processed automatically within minutes.
- Stake reserves the right to request KYC verification at high volumes or suspicious activity.
- Players must wager deposits at least 1× before withdrawal unless stated otherwise.
5. Bonus Rules
All bonuses carry clear wagering requirements displayed before acceptance. Bonus abuse, including minimal-risk wagering patterns, will result in bonus and winnings removal.
6. Sports Betting Rules
Bets are settled according to official result sources. Obvious pricing errors may be voided with stakes returned. Maximum payout per bet is $1,000,000 (or crypto equivalent).
7. Responsible Gaming
Every player agrees to use the responsible gaming tools provided. Stake may limit or close accounts showing signs of problem gambling.
8. Account Closure & Dormancy
Accounts inactive for 12 months may be classified dormant. Stake may charge a reasonable administration fee on dormant balances after 30 months.
9. Amendments
Stake may update these terms at any time. Continued use after 7 days constitutes acceptance of new terms.
